TERMS & CONDITIONS

Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of All Crewing DC (“ACDC”) services by clients (“you” or “Client”) and cover all crew bookings, scheduling, communications, and invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services

ACDC provides skilled event labor services including, but not limited to, stagehands, audio technicians, lighting technicians, riggers, production assistants, and video operators. Crew members are scheduled based on event requirements and availability.

Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made in writing (email or form) and are considered confirmed only upon written acknowledgment by ACDC.

  • ACDC reserves the right to assign, substitute, or reassign crew to best meet your needs, with notice provided when practical.

Fees & Payment

  • Fees are quoted per job role and may include hourly rates, half-day/full-day rates, or flat project rates.

  • Clients will be invoiced upon service completion or in advance, depending on project scope.

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month.

Expenses

Clients are responsible for reimbursing any pre-approved, event-related crew expenses (e.g., transportation, parking, lodging). Receipts will be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

  • 72 hours or more notice: No cancellation fee.

  • 48–72 hours notice: 50% of scheduled labor fee will be charged.

  • Less than 48 hours notice or no show: 100% of labor fee is payable.

Crew Conduct & Safety

  • ACDC ensures all assigned crew are trained and briefed on site-specific safety practices.

  • Clients agree to provide a safe working environment and appropriate supervision for ACDC personnel on site.

Confidentiality

Both ACDC and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, financial, or operational information exchanged during a project. Crew names and profiles are shared only as needed to execute services.

Liability

  • ACDC provides staffing services only and is not liable for loss, delay, or damage arising from conditions outside our control.

  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid under the applicable event contract.

  • Client agrees to indemnify ACDC against third-party claims resulting from the client’s misuse of crew services or unsafe working conditions.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or governmental restrictions.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement for material breach with 10 days' written notice and opportunity to cure.

  • Immediate termination may apply in the case of insolvency, non-payment, or unlawful conduct.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in courts located in Washington, DC.

Modifications

ACDC reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available at www.allcrewingdc.com and will supersede prior versions.
